*26/02/00 The latest addition to the AIC site is our very own map resources page. Here you will find access to maps of Africa new and old to help you with your projects or just for interest's sake. Keep an eye on this page, more entries will follow over the next couple of months.
*20/02/00 Now is the time to apply for your free monthly AIC newsletter by clicking on the 'Sign up for free monthly newsletter link' in the upper left corner of the homepage. There is just a simple form to fill in. Look out also for the start of our daily news briefingcommencing March 1st 2000 on the news page. There are new links to Northwestern University in the Study links and Library pages which should prove of gret use to students of African Studies everywhere.
*14/2/00 We have added a new page dedicated to links with African government websites. Some of these, in the absence of official government sites are the ones written for embassies in Washington or at the UN. Either way, they make fascinating reading and are, taken in the context of being opportunities for favourable publicity, a valuable resource and reference opportunity.
